Staying active in multiple sclerosis

I retired from my job after I was diagnosed with multiple ? sclerosis briefly in 2000. I was a hairdresser and had a great day spa in Santa Rosa, California. I've always been a strong person and a hard worker. What a blow to my dream, a very active seniors. Now, rather than leaving this to go, I was active and I credit this with the slow progression of the disease.

Fortunately, I would like to garden, and even if I do not feelNow when I go into the garden and work on the beds, I gain power. To say something about this disease for each patient and the doctors know very little about them, nor a cure. How does it manifest for me was tingling and numbness in the feet and legs. Recently, I have a lot of pain and loss that is through the protective layer of myelin on nerve endings. Sometimes there are masses in the spinal cord and for this reason manyPatients are not able to run. I have not had the problem and feel yourself lucky. I have also avoided the injections of interferon, which many patients. I know there are many side effects and I was not willing to chance, dass

Another way to stay active swimming, which I like. If I may swim every other day, I feel much better. I also started an online business, which is a website about gardening. It's a learning experience for me because I had little experience with computers. However, the more I learn, the more I feel. It is a great sense of accomplishment.

If you are diagnosed with multiple sclerosis was someone knows I'll ask them to stay active. Sometimes it is very difficult because the disease makes you very tired, but it is better to wall prevail and hold that to move this place.
