Urban Meyer has a huge recruiting weekend ahead of him, and it's already off to a great start.
Mark Givler, recruiting analyst for BuckeyeGrove.com, is reporting that 3-star athlete (per Rivals) Christopher Worley has committed to the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Worley is a 6'3', 190-pound prospect who played linebacker in high school, but many think he could find a niche playing Ohio State's "star" position?a hybrid safety/linebacker spot in the secondary?when he winds up in Columbus.
After landing two 4-star linebackers last weekend, Worley gives Meyer 22 verbal commitments for his 2013 recruiting class.
One of Meyer's biggest?priorities?this recruiting season was adding talent and depth to both the linebacker core and the secondary, which is exactly what this commitment does. Worley certainly has the frame to put on some weight and work the linebackers, but his stature now would be perfect for that star position.
Worley's commitment also keeps the ever-important Glenville, Cleveland pipeline going. Glenville has become a factory for producing talent for Ohio State, with the likes of Donte Whitner, Troy Smtih, Teddy Ginn, Jermale Hines, Christian Bryant and many more playing their high school ball at the perennial Cleveland power.

More good news could be on the way, as some of Meyer's top remaining targets visit Columbus this weekend (per Rivals). Safety Vonn Bell, athlete Cornelius Elder and wide receivers Shelton Gibson and Ryan Timmons will all be in town, so stay tuned.
Meyer could strike again.
