Google Docs has changed slightly. It's now part of Google Drive (drive.google.com), Google's web-based storage service.
In practice, this makes very little difference.
You can still go to docs.google.com and you'll end up at the right place. And when you get there, it will look just the same. So why change? Because Google is trying to tidy things up.
You get 5GB of space for free, and can pay for extra storage if you need it.
