If you love cars, you probably can guess how Carrera was given her name. This seven month old girl was named after the high performance Porsche Carrera. Yes, she runs fast, she's beautiful, and she's black, the favorite car color of her owner. Carrera was born on January 10, 2012, and she's lived with her family since she was two months of age. Unfortunately, a family member suffered a sudden and devastating medical illness and Carrera is now looking for a new home. Her family tells us that Carrera is leash and obedience trained. She loves people and other dogs. She's never been around cats so we don't know how she would be if there were a feline in the house. She is house broken, rides well in the car, and sleeps in her crate at night. Her home didn't have a fenced in yard so we don't know how she would behave if there were one. Carrera loves to chase tennis balls and she loves balloons. We didn't ask whether she plays with balloons or just loves to pop them! If you are looking for a high power, beautiful girl, Carrera is the pup for you! Please visit www.coastalgsr.org <http://www.coastalgsr.org> to learn more about our dogs.
